Made an appointment to get an estimate to have my left side exterior replaced/switched out. I purchased the mirror from Rock Auto and just needed the old one taken off and new one put on. Justin R. and the person manning the front desk greeted me with a smile and in a professional manner. Mr. R then went out and looked at my vehicle and told me to give him about 10 minutes, I thought he needed to take it in the shop to be able to do the estimate but once he got it in there he began doing the switch of the mirrors. After about 15 minutes the task was completed and he had everything buttoned up. He did an awesome job and then never charged me for his time or labor!! I will recommend Gerber Collision to everybody!! Great Customer Service, Great atmosphere, and great people!!

would rate them a ten if I could, had over $14.000 in damages, took a month by the time they received factory parts , but they kept me informed every day to the status and estimated date of completion, I did not have to call to find out anything.

My experience with Gerbercollision was over the top (fantastic). Hector R. was as good as they get. He kept me informed every step of the way during my repairs. He was very professional and new every aspect of the job. Simply couldn't ask for better feedback or care during the process. When I picked up my Pacifica it looked like just out of the showroom. It is obvious that Gerber has their act together. Thanks for making it so easy for me as the customer. I have recommended you to many already and will continue to do so.

Took my work van in to get repaired after being hit. the damage looked like they were going to have to cut out a large section of the side panel and weld a new piece in. They were able to get it all straightened out and you cant see were a single crease was.

My vehicle received several thousand dollars worth of damage due to a rear collision. Gerber was recommended and our family had also had two other vehicles repaired at the Deland location (GMC truck and Honda Civic). I met Tom at Gerber who handled everything and made sure I was kept informed. I really felt comfortable after he explained the process and everything that would be accomplished in getting everything repaired. He was very polite and patient with our questions and really made us feel like we were valued customers. I could not believe how good the car looked once repaired and he again went over every detail and emphasized that everything they did was fully warranted. I thank Tom and the Gerber Staff for a "Job Well Done"!

Tom was outstanding explaining everything that was going to have to be repaired and then keeping me updated on the progress. This was my first experience with Gerber and I was honestly a little skeptical since I would normally have gone to the dealer. I was pleasantly surprised by those that recommended Gerber and once there the level of service that I received. Tom is truly a credit to the Company due to his knowledge, experience and his demand that your vehicle will be repaired right. He demands a high standard from the shop guys and it shows in his demeanor and concern for his customers. I only hope that those at the corporate level recognize what a valuable employee he is to the Company or any company that he chose to work for. I know it is a team effort and the folks in the shop and those in the office were great as well. A real team ... effort and I would highly recommend. read more
