Dustin J. was amazing! Came to the shop for my appointment to get a cash estimate. I just had a broken front grille and damaged paint on my bumper. My car has 260,000 miles so I really wasn't looking to spend much. Dustin went to do an estimate and saw that my grille was just popped out and he popped it back in on the spot in seconds at no charge. He also said that the bad paint job that a competitor (Caliber Collision) did a couple of years ago should still be under their warranty. He gave me some DIY advice for other blemishes on my car. I left feeling amazed at the wonderful customer service and, needless to say, Gerber has a new customer in me for life. Thank you, Dustin!

Exceptional Customer Service! We had driven from Illinois to Florida for our summer vacation, and midway through our trip, our van was rear-ended on the highway. We were able to open the rear hatch, but there was enough damage that it would not close again. We wouldn't be able to make the 16 hour drive back to Illinois with the hatch partially open and we only had a few business days left before our departure. I knew I couldn't get a full repair done until I returned home, so I was hoping someone would be able to do enough metal work to get the hatch closed. After a quick Google search, I found the Gerber Collision & Glass located in Clermont, FL. I recognized the name from their presence in Illinois and gave them a call. It was late in the day, and I was hoping to get an assessment early the next morning. The woman who answered the ... phone understood our situation, and although there were no appointments available, she offered to have the manager look at it and talk with us when he got to the store about 8:30 AM. We pulled into Gerber about 8 AM and Hector R. greeted us right away. The first thing he did was ask if everyone was ok after our accident. He then let us know that his manager had already filled him in on our situation, and he dove right in to look at our van. He seemed confident that he would be able to help us out, and we were relieved. We had rented a van for the day to continue our vacation, and we were happily surprised when Hector called at 8:30 AM and told us that they already completed the metal work and the hatch safely closed so we could continue our vacation and make the trip home. When we picked up our van, I asked Hector what we owed for the repair and he just smiled, and said, "no charge, enjoy your vacation and stay safe". I was stunned and thanked him for his prompt work and attention. There were plenty of banged up cars in the parking lot at Gerber and I'm sure their workload was full before we called. I am impressed that they communicated our unique situation among their team and tackled the job quickly to help save our vacation. If I could give 10 stars I wouldn't hesitate, Mr. Carlson B. was heaven sent. He got to work right away on my truck and in only 4 days I was has it back. He's was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thanks so much Mr. Carlson B. and Gerber company, actually any and every one who played a role in getting my truck back to me so quickly and just as beautiful as it originally was.

Oustanding customer service!! Everyone at the Altamonte Springs Gerber Collision location is very friendly, helpful and professional. Emmie T. did an exceptional job working through all the "snags" in locating the after-market parts needed for our truck. Jamie did an amazing job assisting with my numerous phone calls, relaying and obtaining additional information needed. I am very thankful and grateful for Emmie, Jamie and everyone on the Gerber Team who helped us through a very stressful time by getting our truck repaired quickly and back to us as soon as possible.
