I had two different repairs done from two different accidents at this location. I had no issues making up my mind to go back to this location based on the first treatment & repairs. I never had to wait to get my truck in, they kept me updated by text & phone each stage of repair, worked with each insurance company on estimates, and assisted me on getting my rental vehicle returned. I can't say enough good things about the service adviser Amie, and body repair man Josh. Both had contact with me to insure my concerns would be met, covered any questions I had, and insured me they wouldn't be happy unless I was. I was very happy with the service received at Gerber Collision's state of the art facility in Deland. Tom Stokes was thoughtful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He reassured me the vehicle was in good hands and kept me informed of the goings-on each step of the way. I must say I was very impressed when I arrived to pickup my vehicle for several reasons: 1. The work was completed 1 day ahead of the originally anticipated schedule. 2. The repair is flawless...they had even repaired another area where there had been paint missing at no additional charge. 3. My car was absolutely spotless inside and out (that was a wonderful surprise). 4. Everyone I spoke to or had any interaction with was very friendly and knowledgeable, they answered all of my questions. Thank you so much!

After a minor fender bender on my 2016 Ram 1500, I decided to get the other scrapes and scratches repaired at the same time. Jose was amazing in getting all the repairs wrangled into one work order. He even coordinated the installation of a spray in bed liner at a local Truck accessory shop. And on top it off, the job was finished ahead of schedule. I am extremely happy with the customer service is was given and My truck looks amazing. I would strongly recommend this Gerber collision center to anyone.
