I bought my car (15 civic) brand new off of the lot in June 2015 after having fallen in love with the model months prior. I have done everything within my power since that very day to avoid letting "just anyone" work on my car. After my recent accident (July 2018) I immediately started searching for a good body shop in town that could fit my standards. Gerber Auto Collision has surpassed that. I came in for a quote and immediately felt at ease when I was met with a clean environment and multiple friendly faces who greeted me right when I stepped in. The estimate took little to no time at all, and when making the actual appointment to have work done I was not pressured in the least with the typical overwhelming receptionists I had been used to. They were very accommodating when it came to scheduling as well so by the end of my ... visit I had no doubts in my mind that this was a good choice. About 3 days after the drop-off, I realized I left something in the car and very embarrassed thinking about how to go about retrieving it while it was currently in the shop. With no judgement whatsoever I was walked right back to my car, and twice again later that week to get my things without even a hint of hesitation or annoyance towards my clumsiness. It almost wasn't worth the added trip to get my forgotten items though because the very next day after coming I received a text that my car was ready! Lightening fast. I walked right up to the front desk and straight past my car having not even been able to recognize it on the way up the stairs, it was THAT good looking. I swear the entire lot was shining. I would argue that the car looks better than it did when I first bought it off the lot. I could not have been any happier with the repairs, and I could not ask for better service than I have received here at Gerber. I felt like family the minute I walked in and they have treated me as such every step of the way, my car looks like a thousand bucks and I will absolutely be using their services again! 10/10 you guys are truly wonderful! read more

Just wanted to post a note after this repair. Ferber also took care of my auto collision repair last year. This year they fixed my wife's Toyota. With both repairs the service was fast and professional. Timely updates were provided. The work was beautifully done. At the office the staff was always extremely friendly and helpful.
