Very well organized business. Well executed written estimate. Work was completed sooner than expected. And final tally came to 16% less than estimate due to parts ordered but not needed. vehicle is a 2018 GMC Terrain with only 1200 miles. Finished repair can not be distinguished from the factory original.

We were impressed by the courtesy and knowledge exhibited by Shabeer A. and all the employees we dealt with. I had been side swiped by a driver who hit and ran so I was paying out of pocket for a lot of the repair work, and was very pleased at the excellent work done. You could not tell I had ever had any damage. They even went above and beyond. When he brought the car to return it to me, Shabeer noticed an unrelated scratch on the rear fender and had someone buff it out. I highly recommend them.

I would give this body shop 5 stars, my car looks as good as new. The car was clean and shinny but best of all the completion date was a week before I was quoted. I a really happy with that even though I had a rental it is just not the same as your own car. Thank you to the friendly employees from the first meeting, helping with rental, calling or emailing on the progress of the car. Steller job I would recommend them to anyone that was part of an accident. I hope I win the $50.00 to recoup some of my deductible. (The accident was not my fault) the driver did not have enough coverage. :(

I was recently in a car crash and was redirected to the Gerber Collison & Glass by Geico. I went to their 101 NE 33rd Ave, Gainesville FL location. I was more than pleased with their work-my car was left brand new. I turned my car in on a Thursday and that following Monday I received a call that it was ready for pickup, the car was turned in earlier than promised! I am far more than satisfied. My Nissan was left cleaner than how I turned it in. Not only that, but the staff was nothing but professional; they kept me informed during the entire process. Everyone was extremely nice and treated me with respect. They even offered a ride back home since I was going to be left without a car. I was refunded the money for all my Uber rides while I did not have my car, which was very considerate of the company. The location was clean, organized, ... and well-kept. All my papers were returned to me in an individual folder that had all paperwork. They weren't scattered around. I was also provided all the contact information for everyone working on my car. Two months after purchasing our new 2018 Honda CRV we had a collision with a coyote at 9:30 PM on route from Daytona to our home in Deland. There was obvious significant damage to the front of the car from below the hood to the bottom of the bumper. Checking closer your estimator Tom Stokes discovered more damage that was hidden and could have caused later trouble. Tom reviewed the necessary repairs and OEM parts needed and placed the orders . He explained in detail how the electronics would be repaired by the dealership as this was a major concern for us. When we left our car we were confident the repairs would be done properly and they were. Thank you Tom and the staff who worked with you to get us back on the road Ron & Diana

The professionalism demonstrated by Rob Harrington was very much appreciated, and the work on the bumper made it look like new! Rob kept me informed and the repairs were completed in a timely manner, as promised. In fact, I am having them work on my Audi this due to the confidence they built up in me with my first visit. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Rob at Gerber Collision. He and they will take good care of you.

Well I do have to say when anybody gets into a accident they are all shook up then when you have to worry about finding a good autobody and you want to get your car done right. I will say don't look any further Gerber is the place. if I can give a 10 star I would. The quality of the work is the best around. My daughter was in a accident over a year ago and with her having a Toyota I took it to David Maus collision. That was the biggest mistake we have had so many problems Still to this day we are having problems they are a rip off. So when my jeep grand Cherokee got hit last week they recommended Gerber. And I am so happy that I took my vehicle to Gerber....They keep you updated they make you feel comfortable when you are all shook up the quality of the work is the best they have the friendliest staff they will even bring your vehicle to ... you. Also they detail your vehicle for you. I am not one to leave comments about anything but I truly have to let everybody know that Gerber is the BEST....they truly deserve 10 stars. read more
