The process from start to finish was easy and flawless. It took a few days to get an appointment to have my car looked at but we'll worth the few days wait. It was taken and work began immediately that day and was completed in record time to perfection. The car was cleaned and shinning both inside and out! Thank you for you professionalism. These people were great. This is the second time I have used this company with 2 separate cars. This last time I had issues with antifreeze leaking from my radiator I went back 4 times and they tried to fix it but were not sure if it was the water pump or the radiator. They told me to take it to Hyundai but if they find out it was the radiator don't let them fix it Gerber would. It was the radiator and Gerber fixed and refunded the money I paid for Hyundai which was $150. Kelley the receptionist was great as well as everyone else. They were super nice and I would definitely recommend them to anybody

Gerber & Johnathan A. we're absolutely amazing. I dropped it off to get the paint damage on the bumper fixed & they called me to let me know I could pick it up the same day. They were so nice when I was having issues getting the updates on it via my phone. 10/10 I will be going back anytime I need repairs

After some initial distress with receiving my vehicle, I reached out to the Gerber team the estimator over my transaction Jonathan A. assured me that all work was given a lifetime warranty and directed me to a dealership to handle the issue immediately and the invoice covered, through the whole process he was very speedy and professional even during the grueling parts I will continue to use and recommend him for years to come

They are absolutely AMAZINGGG!!! There customer service is SUPERB!!!! They were very informative and stayed in contact with me while my vehicle was being repaired. They EXCEEDED all of my expectations from the time I stepped in the door until the time I drove my vehicle off there lot!! They provide really good quality work and my vehicle was repaired in no time!!!!
