I went with Gerber Collision because my insurance company told me that they work with you. From my first call through picking up my car, every member of your staff was courtesy and professional. I was surprised that I received almost daily texts regarding the progress being made on my car. And, it was ready earlier than expected!!! I would definitely start by saying that the two front desk ladies were very professional...With that being said, I'm more that satisfied with the customer care that Tiffany gave. I've had the chance to hear her phone etiquette(its an open floor setting)and she is extremely professional and courteous with all that interact with her on the phone. I had a concern with my repair and got a text alert from the office, and long a behold(after hours)Tiffany reached out and even called to talk me through my concern! So MORE than pleased with her professionalism and care...keep it up...all!
