Outstanding craftsmanship after my new Civic was T-boned by a bicyclist with significant imprint crunched in doors and head on frame above door. Anthony orchestrated the work in a timely manner and was so thoughtful. The gal at the office was wonderful. I was stunned after the accident and they were so kind along with being reassuring. So glad she pointed out how to take care of paint . Thanks so much for employees that understand just how important our cars are to us. Appreciate the business Gerber is in. Called to tell my agent's office how happy I am and I'll tell everyone how well I was care for. Tried to do a google and FB review but it wouldn't go through. Anyway can tell you have excellent corp. leadership this doesn't just happen.

I had a blowout on I-75 near Gainesville, FL. The blowout damaged the fender quite badly. The guys at Gerbers on 33rd put my fender back together very quickly so I could complete the trip. I cannot thank you enough!

I recently had my vehicle repaired as the result of a collision at Gerber in Longwood. This week actually, 19 July 2022. The process began with my phoning for an appointment to have an estimate completed. The initial phone interaction was outstanding. The Gerber folks assisted with every detail to include having the rental car folks pick me up at the time of repair. Their courteousness and professionalism throughout, made the entire process painless. They were obvious in their efforts to make it all easy for me by providing an unparalled level of service. They kept me advised during the time of the repair and at completion the workmanship was flawless. I could not be more pleased. In my interaction with the folks at Gerber; they made a difficult and normally unpleasant situation straightforward and uncomplicated. Finally, I used Gerber in ... Tampa, FL about seven years ago. They were the epitome of professionalism. It is obvious they have gotten only better over time and they have the highest recommendation I can give. If you're reading this review, you don't need to go further. Gerber is your best choice. Needed a second opinion to get my car looked at to fix some dash lights after an accident. Timothy was great and told me that all it needed was for the front bumper to be properly calibrated. Was very informative and the staff kept me up to date about what was going on. Imperial body master was unable to get this fixed after leaving me hanging for 2 months so I had to find a shop to do it. So don't go here. Gerber on the other hand was awesome. They are the one stop shop for all your accident and glass needs. If I ever need a shop again I'm calling Timothy. Best experience I've had in a long time.

This was the best shop I have EVER put my car into! Jonathan did a WONDERFUL job of taking care of my baby. My car is my pride and joy. I got her back clean, (she was a bit dirty going in? And it was serviced wonderfully. Jonathan was respectful, kind and understanding of my concerns! He did a FANTASTIC job taking care of the repairs. I will NEVER take my car to another shop. Jonathan thank you for the wonderful service and the care you put into my car. You took a bad situation for me (my car accident) and turned it into a wonderful experience by being polite, generous and caring! I can't thank you enough for giving me one less thing to stress about!

The rear of my car was damaged (drivable) from a rear end collision. Set an appointment to drop my car off for repair after waiting 2 months for the parts(on back order, not their fault), was told it would be done by 7/15, I was able to pick it up on 7/12! They did a fantastic job, looks good as new!!!
