I had the opportunity of finding a collision place to get my vehicle repaired after experiencing being in a vehicle collision. After a "could have been better experience" from a previous repair shop I decided to go with Gerber. I AM GLAD I DID! Their office made sure My rental was ready when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs. I didn't have to do a thing! Nick, our rep- did a fabulous job staying in communication even though though parts and labor seemed to be delayed. I couldn't have expected better service from having had to deal with a vehicle accident. If you are looking for a place to go, this is it!

They did a wonderful job.My car looks beautiful.Trevor explained the work he has done before I left the shop with my vehicle.The manager Jay had then contacted me to see if I had any questions for him.They all were very professional and very nice. I was very pleased with the service from Gerber Collision. They were always nice and called to keep me informed about my car's repairs. However, the automated status texts were not accurate and that was confusing. They even brought me my car and took my rental back to Enterprise. I'm glad that I used Gerber Collision.

I am so grateful to everyone at Gerber Collision! They assured me that my car would be repaired in a timely manner while still making sure to follow safety guidelines. They sent regular text messages letting me know what was going on, and they were great at communicating if they needed any more information from me. I had my car back in less than 2 weeks which seems unheard of for collision repair. They even cleaned my car for me before I picked it up! Thank you for your time, thoughtfulness, and getting me back in my car!

A HUGE thank you goes out to Scotty and staff for their kindness and compassion today. My friend is terminally ill from pancreatic cancer. His leased car was damaged and needed repair. Although it was covered by insurance, there was still a $500 deductible which he would've struggled to pay. Upon finding out his situation, they cancelled his insurance claim, did the repairs at no charge, and didn't even charge him for his rental car!!! I am BEYOND grateful and impressed! From what I understand, there wasn't a dry eye in the place when my friend left! Hats off, Guys. They don't make' em like you anymore!! "Thank you" doesn't quite cover it!!
