I hit a deer a few weeks back, I wasn't sure where to take it and then I remembered a family friend works at a different location. I knew the kind of work he did so I decided to take my car to the Kentwood location as it was around the corner from my house. It also worked out that my insurance company suggests using Gerber. I was first surprised when I got the estimate back so fast and extremely happy with how upfront they were with the process and how long it could take. I appreciated getting updates whenever they started working on it or where in the process it was. They gave me a estimated time of 9/22/21 for a completion date and was very happy when they called me 5 days early and told me it was done. When I picked my car up the first thing I noticed was that they detailed the interior of my car as well. They went above and beyond ... with my car and I am extremely happy that I chose Gerber and especially this location. read more

Mia remembered my name and the work I had being done, she handled the paperwork before I even arrived for my service. Steve worked with my schedule , talked me through the process, was accountable, thorough and professional. Communication was stellar, not only did they stay within the estimated time, but I got a daily update of the progress of the work.
