John and his team are amazing. Everything was clearly communicated from start to finish. The repairs look factory new. Panel gaps are even, the paint is matched, and the parts I cannot tell from factory original. Everyone who worked on my car did an amazing job and I wouldn't hesitate to give a recommendation.

Excellent customer service. The manager Kerry has established a customer first culture that i saw with every one i met. On my initial visit Josh went out of his was to explain all the options i had. The Safeco liaison gentleman was also helpful - said just leave it to me and i will deal with Safeco. Front desk receptionist was also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Car was ready the next day - new rear bumper, freshly painted. I would highly recommend this team.
