I did not meet any of you (usually how it works in the back of the house) but I want to thank you for the beautiful job. Everything looks perfect and I have already recommended Gerber Collision to my family and friends. I had one issue but was taken care of right away due to their exceptional front desk rep Elizabeth. I have not come across the customer service Elizabeth naturally gives in a very very long time. Between the insurance company and the car rental confusion, Elizabeth took all the worries away from me and took care of everything herself . She is very very knowledgeable, walks you through every detail of the process. She is certainly a huge asset to Gerber's team and they certainly have the right ... person at the front of the house. Only moved here a month ago. A huge trucknust have hit my back end so hard the trunk was badly damaged and would not close. They did not report it, and I had recently dropped collision, first time in my life. Gerber was so understanding that I had to pay out of pocket, and am a senior. The work was so professional and they found a used trunk for me. Never even know I was hit. Paint matched perfectly. The girls in the office were professional, and kept me up to date, on a daily progress. I was more then pleased they were recommended by Christians auto, , another honest dealer. I felt like I was home dealing with my hometown auto dealers. Highly recommend them lucky to have found such great workmanship, given that I am brand new to, The Island...
