Excellent service and communication while my car was being serviced. Daily phone calls followed by text messages Then, when my car was finished, they stayed open past their regular hours for car pick-up. Asked me if I had any questions and went over the repair invoice! This was my third experience with Gerber Collision & Glass and I give them 5 stars l! They even went above and beyond the repair. I believed that my backseat window was scratched on the inside because of a piece of furniture that I forced into the backseat; however, when i tried to wipe it, the scratch/mark didn't come off. When I told them that this mark was not from the accident and it was on the inside and probably needs replaced. The long mark across the window was gone! Also, there were a couple scratch marks that were already present before the accident and they ... fixed those up too! I recommended Gerber to my brother and sister-in-law Tom and Sandra Van Dyke. They are taking their van to Gerber Collision & Glass because because they are highly recommendation! read more
