She is a fantastic communicator and wonderful problem solver. She worked with my schedule and answered any questions I had! On top of being incredibly professional and helpful- she was incredibly personable too!! It was truly a pleasure to work with Kathy! Eric was the one to detail my car with the service. He did a fantastic job and took care of every aspect of the car that needed attention. He even went above and beyond and paid attention to things I didn't even expect!
