I brought my car in during the busiest season (between Thanksgiving and Christmas) for an estimate. They were booked solid, but it was worth the wait. This was one of the options that worked directly with my insurance, I only had to pay my deductible and everything was taken care of from there. The estimator and the office manager were, to say the least, of infinite help. Not to mention, the pristine conditions in which the technicians returned my car to me. The staff is super friendly and professional. They not only worked closely with my insurance on getting the repairs taken care of, but they were also very helpful in the timeliness of getting everything taken care of due to my schedule with work and personal matters. The folks at Gerber in Verona did a great job on my Hyundai Ionic. I was t-boned by buck this past late fall. Smashed my passenger side quarter panel and tore off the side mirror. Super pleased with the work. Can't tell the accident ever happened. Definitely would go back there again if needed (but hopefully not! :)).
