I worked with Maria the entire time and I couldn't be more satisfied with her service, from initial estimate to picking the vehicle after repairs were completed. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and the shop even completed repairs two days prior to the estimated completion time. I would absolutely go with Gerber again if I need more repairs done to my car.

From drop off to pick up of my Toyota Highlander, I had a great experience. Casey kept me updated at least twice a week and let me know if delays were potentially going to occur and how they were trying everything to make my car ready by the promised date. She called other vendors to get parts that were delayed at other places. I just felt like she went above and beyond to expedite the process as much as she could. With shipping delays felt everywhere-she managed to make it happen. My car was ready on the day promised, very clean when I picked it up, and pulled to the front of the building ready for me. No one likes to have their car at "the shop" but I felt like the Gerber team made it as smooth as possible. The car looks good as new! Big Thanks!!

I owned a brand new car for the 1st time in 10 years when it was rear-ended severely. Then found out that US shipping supplies shortages and tons of cars being repaired could delay my car being fixed, to say the least devasted. I picked Gerber from the State Farm Insurance list, called and got an immediate appointment. Not only did the parts come in much faster than I anticipated, the staff contacted me regularly with the status on my car from initial inspection, quote, part arrival, delay to freak winter storm, and final completion. The finished repairs were more than perfect, you cant even tell my car was hit. Paint matches perfectly, every detail was addressed. On top of that the staff was the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. They reiterated that their work has a life time warranty and if anything at all needed to be ... addressed (which it has not) they would stand behind their work and fix it. We will never take our car to any other collision shop - oh and they finished the work well above the time anticipated, even on the day they said it would be ready by end of day, it was done by noon..
