Everything from my initial contact until my pick up was remarkably well done. Kayla P made me feel very comfortable with what was gonna happen and that carried on all the way through until I picked up my vehicle. The daily text updates are a very nice touch. Everything from the get-go was professional efficient all the employees are very kind. Hopefully I'll never need another body shop but if I do, I will definitely return to Gerber.
