I knew the body repair on my Rav4 was going to take some time and Gerber did a fantastic job. They kept me updated via text on an estimated completion date, and got it done earlier. I'm very satisfied with my repair. They completed it within the timeline they predicted. It looks great. The warranty is comforting i.e. liftime on the repair. The rental process by a third party provider was seamless. I'm convinced the staff is trained to come up with ways to say "yes" to customers requests.
