Excellent job estimating, then following through with the insurance company, getting my car fixed and keeping me updated the whole way. I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. When I first went in to get an estimate, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and had someone available to speak with me within just a few minutes. After showing them the damages to my vehicle, I received an estimate within 20 minutes, which was impressively quick. Out of the three estimates I received, I decided to go with Gerber. When I brought my car in for repair, they arranged for my rental car company to pick me up, making the entire process seamless. I was even able to leave the rental car at Gerber when I picked up my completed vehicle, they also worked directly with my insurance company which was extremely convenient. Throughout the time they had my car, I received regular updates via text, which I greatly appreciated. ... The turnaround time for the repairs was very quick, and they did a fantastic job! I am more than happy to recommend Gerber to others-I've already put their business card on our neighborhood Facebook page.
