I had a small issue with the vehicle after I picked it up. I took it back it and they fixed it super quick with no charge. Overall awesome job.

As I stated before. It was the best experience I had with any repair facility. They keep you updated on your repairs. They really make you feel like you are part of their family. I didn't want to leave even though my car was finished. A special thanks to Isaiah that when above and beyond all of my expectations. I recomend that everyone use Gerber body and glass. When I was away on vacation, my car was sideswiped when I was not present. My insurance sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass on Crossroads in Redding when I got home. I had never heard of them. But omgosh, the team at Gerber were amazing! My car came out of there in better shape then when it went in there! In the midst of the repair, they refreshed the pinstriping on whole car. Just before they gave it back to me, they also detailed it. My foggy headlights sparkle now which I have NEVER seen. The staff were amazing. They communicated and kept me notified as to what was happening to my car. They gave me a ride home and picked me up. We recently had to have our vehicle front end painted. The work was under warranty and without any issue the personnel at the Raeford Rd Fayetteville, Nc Location made the process easy. Starting with the Customer Service Representative Clelia Pirro she knows the job and she makes sure the customer is going to work away happy. In todays time this type of customer service is rare and we truly appreciated her genuine and wonderful demeanor. Joshua also who handled the intake and the repair of the vehicle put the icing on the cake as one would say. Assuring the work was completed in a timely manner as well as taking care of a couple of small issues on the vehicle that needed attention. Having individuals that work for a company and to actual provide great customer service is a rare find. This speaks a lot of the management and I can truly say ... this location deserves 5 plus stars from the management to the customer service.
