After fighting with the insurance company for months, all I wanted was to get my van fixed. Everyone at Gerber was polite and helpful, from the receptionists to the repairmen. They dealt directly with the insurance company for me so I could take care of everything else. When the Gerber employees found out we wouldn't have a vehicle big enough to carry our four kids for the length of the repair, they prioritized my vehicle and did a two week estimated repair in 5 days. On top of that, they COMPLETELY CLEANED the inside of my van. This is a tall order for a van that carts around four young kids. I could not be happier with the repairs they did and would absolutely recommend them!!!

We had door damage from someone backing into our brand new Subaru and after we got the car back you can't even tell that it had ever been hit! Customer service truly 'Outstanding'. I received daily information on my vehicle repairs and estimated completion. Therefore, I was kept informed throughout the process up to and after completion. Estimated completion of vehicle repairs was not met, because repairs were completed 1 day earlier. Cerber technicians and all other personnel are to be commended for their hard work and dedication to 'Excellence'. Gerber is definitely a repair facility worthy of my recommendation to my family, friends, acquantacies, and anyone looking for a 'Gold Star' automobile repair facility. Note: Most rating scales are 1-10. Gerber is a 10 and beyond!

they did an excellent job of repairing my car that was badly damaged on the left front bumper. It looked impossible to fix to bring it back to the way it was before the accident. All the technicians that worked on it did an excellent job. They did it in the time they said they would and get it back to me. They will get recommendations from me. It looks like it never was in an accident. Beautiful job, well done.
