I would recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends, because everyone was friendly and helpful and made the process easy.I was updated weekly regarding my HRV, while it was in the shop. I had a part on back order so they had my car for over 6 months. Valarie was trying everything to get my part in. I got my car back at the end of September and they did a great job. You can't even tell by looking at the car that there was body work done.

After fighting with the insurance company for months, all I wanted was to get my van fixed. Everyone at Gerber was polite and helpful, from the receptionists to the repairmen. They dealt directly with the insurance company for me so I could take care of everything else. When the Gerber employees found out we wouldn't have a vehicle big enough to carry our four kids for the length of the repair, they prioritized my vehicle and did a two week estimated repair in 5 days. On top of that, they COMPLETELY CLEANED the inside of my van. This is a tall order for a van that carts around four young kids. I could not be happier with the repairs they did and would absolutely recommend them!!!
