I chose Garber Collision on Cassatt Ave. in Jacksonville to repair my 2011 Lexus RX400H (that had been damaged in an accident) because of their good reputation and reasonable pricing. I am very pleased with their repair of my vehicle. Anthony managed the repair from start to finish and provided me with timely updates and coordinated everything with the insurance company. He convinced the insurance company to include and pay for the replacement of a 2nd headlight assembly ($1,200) that was not on the insurance company's estimate and gave me a good price on a tire that I needed to replace that was not on the insurance company's repair estimate. Anthony also gave me a good price on replacing a tire that I needed to replace that was not due to the accident, Good Company, good man, good work. Nuf Said.

Customer service was excellent. Kept me informed of what was going on, how they were going to fix it and the time. They were very considerate of my time. The car repair looked great. The car overall looked better/cleaner when I got it back than when I turned it in. My husband and I would strongly recommend Gerber to all of our friends and family. If there was a rating higher than a five, he would deserve it.

When I hit a deer, I was SURE my car would be totaled. BUT that was before Gerber's got my car in their shop. My car is now perfect. Absolutely totally back where it was before the accident. I don't have enough words to describe my relief and amazement at the job they were able to do. And their customer service is incredible. They kept me informed and were super patient with my innumerable phone calls. Everyone at this location was polite and friendly. They did all the repairs in a timely fashion and kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. They finished the work in just under a week. By the time they where done my vehicle looked brand new. Would recommend the burns harbor Gerber.
