COMMUNICATION: I did have to reach out to the company about a week to 10 days after dropping my car off to get a status update. This did not impair my ability to get through my day to day but it would have been nice to hear from the company with a timely status update. After reaching out I started receiving text messages with where my vehicle was in the repair process which was nice. QUALITY OF WORK: Overall the vehicle looks pretty good. As discussed when I was dropping off the vehicle, the repaired bumpers are slightly off in color from the original paint but I expected this since I was briefed on it when I dropped it off. I am beyond impressed with the completed work done on my Jeep after a buck decided to smash into it, it looked better then I had even imagined!! The paint matched up perfectly and it was so clean. I also appreciate the weekly updates on how the repairs were going as well, I didn't expect that. I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision work done.

I sadly and very unexpectedly won a game of tag with a deer recently although won is a relative term. The damage to the right-front quarter of my Sorento was significant but without airbags deploying. The team at Gerber in Redmond kept me informed of the repair progress from day 1 through day 54 at intervals that were just right. I felt like they cared about the fact that I didn't have my car which may sound trivial but it made an impression on me. The length of the repair was affected by covid not the complexity and is totally understandable. The itemized parts list is appreciated and also the significant use of OEM parts is also appreciated. Although I hope to never need their services again I highly recommend the team at Gerber in Redmond!

From the very beginning, everyone was helpful, informative, friendly, kept in touch with updates and very professional on the phone and in person, great at answering questions and responding back. The work was done much quicker than I expected. Insurance was a simple process. They made what could've been a very stressful situation very simple for me. these days it seems to be hard to come by great customer service, and they actually still have it here! Although at first I was disappointed in how long the estimated repair would take, Gerber-Anderson was so very helpful! They kept me updated weekly on my repairs via text and personal phone call. The moment my car was done they called me personally. It got done before the estimated finish date. The work was great quality and they even explained to me how they were working diligently to make sure all my safety features worked properly. They were nothing but respectful, considerate, and kind.
