Gerber Collision (GC) was a wonderful place to deal with. Everything went smoothly and they went out of their way to make it work that way. They helped with the car rental and dealt with my wonderful insurance company (USAA) and we never had a hitch or a break down of the repair process and timing. All parts were pre-ordered and in place before work started. I would not hesitate to use them again IF I needed a auto body repair.

Trisha was really regular with calling us to update about the repairs, especially as many parts were out of stock for quite a while. Upon return, they took care to clean the car well for us. We had our 3 week old, 2022 Toyota Highlander repaired by Gerber on 63rd and Douglas, Milwaukee. We were referred to Chris and Adam by our new car salesman, who told us if we wanted the repairs to be perfect, go to these people at Gerber. The repairs and paint work that repaired the front end damage was done as close to factory perfect as possible. Thank you to Chris for getting us in and assuring us that they would take care of us, and Adam for your professionalism in developing the estimate, dealing with the insurance company and especially for keeping us in the loop during the entire process. If you had a 1-10 rating, he would get a 10. We also want to thank the front office staff who were personable and kind. We will NOT hesitate to refer others and to return with any further auto body repair needs.

My car was hit while parked out front of my house. Once Gerber Collision received my car they were fantastic with texting and calling about updates throughout the process. Once my car was taken apart from repair, they found prior damage (which I was unaware about as I bought the car used). Gerber Collision was great about communicating with both myself and my insurance company. In the end, Jose explained to me that my care was not previously repaired correctly and it is not safe to drive. While this was hard to hear, I appreciated the honest review. I may be down a car, but a life is way more important. While my car was totaled by my insurance, I have to give much thanks and appreciation for the integrity given by the staff at Gerber. If you look for honesty, this is the place to go.
