The manager "Nicolas" was amazing.He listened to our concerns about not being able to have my vehicle for awhile.It is our only form of transportation.My spouse & I are caregivers to her parents.Who are 91 & 96 yrs old. Nicolas had empathy & said he understood the situation.And would get the car fixed as quick as possible.A man of his word.Got a call a couple of (not weeks)but days later saying that the vehicle was ready to be picked up.We were amazed,relieved,happy and extremely appreciative.The staff was very nice as well.Fantastic job on my vehicle.Gerber Collision/Auto Body.Nicolas,Lucy,Zack.The whole staff.You all are professional & really nice people.You will always get my business.Thank-you all.

Staff was very easy to work with. I had a family member in Hospice in Pa and had to make an unplanned trip. Gerber allowed me to bring my car in for repair while I was out of state. I did not have to make arrangements for a rental and the repair was completed before I returned to Gainesville.

Great work! Very professional and was throughly in explaining the process of fixing my vehicle. The turnaround time also was great they finished my vehicle sooner than expected. They brung my vehicle back to the state it was in when I bought it. I highly recommend them! ????

As a pre teen and later a teen I worked in a body shop, of course that was many, many years ago and things a bit different now but I still understand how things should be. To say I'm happy with how my car turned would be an understatment, the paint matches perfectly the body lines are straight and the pin stripping is perfect. Should some idiot decide I need a new dent or crumpled panel I know where I'm taking or heaven forbid send via tow truck Gerber Collision & glass.

My elderly mother got into a car accident and drove the car away from the scene, but wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. We made an unscheduled appearance at Gerber Collision and asked if someone could at least check her car over to see if it was safe to drive. This was around lunch time, and we were met very cordially by Seth, and he was very willing to make an appointment for a full estimate, and do a quick look to see if it was driveable. It was not safe for us to drive back home, and then he was very helpful in guiding us through the process to get a claim started and when we were having trouble making a car rental reservation on the national line, Mindy helped us cut through the red tape to get to speak to the local office.
