"I brought my 2020 Chevy Silverado Truck to Gerber Collision in New Smyrna Beach after a hit and run collision. From the start, they were fantastic. Mary T. at the front office handled all the insurance paperwork, saving me a huge headache. Mary kept me updated via text every few days on the progress. I caused a front right bumper crunch to my vehicle, a 2024 Camry. Was distressed at seeing the windshield wiper fluid in plain view. It took them a week to undo the damage its owner had done. But when returned to me, she was 100% her former beauty! Up to including clean as a whistle. My thanks to all the folks at Gerber. If you're needing collision repair done your at the right place with Gerber Collision and Glass repair.... We had work done at Gerber in Oshkosh, Wi. They did a good job but it wasn't perfect... We arrived in Apache Junction, AZ a few weeks later and noticed it wasn't quite right and contacted Gerber in Oshkosh Wi.... They advised us to go to Gerber in Mesa AZ and that they would advise them at Here in AZ that we would be stopping by which they did... We worked with John and the other staff here in Mesa AZ and it's been completed to perfection..... Domenick was outstanding to work with. My Silverado was completed faster than expected using all OEM parts, which was especially important since it's a lease. Domenick kept me informed every step of the way regarding parts and timing, and the repair timeline exceeded my expectations. The quality of work was excellent, but what really stood out was the attention to detail. I have three kids, and the interior was a mess when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, the interior was completely cleaned, the kids' toys were organized, and even the pictures of my kids were neatly placed together in the seat pockets. My Silverado now looks, feels, and even smells brand new after the interior cleaning. Exceptional service, communication, and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Domenick and this collision center to anyone needing repairs.

I was in a fender bender on December 23, 2025. The person at fault had Geico Insurance, which referred me to Gerber Collision. I got lucky!!! Gerber Collision made the whole process go smoothly, including setting up my rental. My car was returned to me a week later and it looks brand new. I couldn't be happier! I strongly recommend Gerber Collision. The women in the office are friendly and professional. Everything gets explained to you before and after the work is completed. I was so impressed with Gerber, I told my son to get his car done at Gerber after his car was hit in an accident. Thank you Gerber!

Replaced door handle and lock and window trim and re-did paint on driver's side after attempted theft of vehicle. Work was handled smoothly although there was some lag in straightening out insurance submission at the beginning. Overall, however, satisfied with the handling of our case and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Would recommend Gerber-Marion.

I knocked out one of my censors in the front of my truck. Took it to Gerber and (I ONLY deal with top management) Spoke with Jeff the General Manager (whom I followed from another company) and he had my truck fixed in 2 days flat. It needed parts ordered and painting. He was honest with me and didnt try to upcharge or up sell anything! I will NEVER go anywhere else or trust anyone else other than Jeff to work on the body of my truck. He ensures that it is RIGHT the first time! Awesome staff too....very friendly and helpful! Only way I leave Gerber is if Jeff leaves. I think that says alot about the company and HIS character!
