I had a great experience at this auto repair shop! I went in to take my car that I got rear ended at a drive thru and the moment I arrived I was kindly greeted and helped. The estimator Julie J. went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired. She was extremely kind and patient throughout the process. I highly recommend this location and not to mention when I went to pick up my vehicle they kindly cleaned it for me inside and out! The staff was very helpful from the time we walked in until we picked up the car. Craig was friendly and informative. He explained the paperwork to us, walked us around the car, marking the various dents and scratches, and kept us updated of the progress as we were on a time crunch due to the holiday week (Thanksgiving) and my daughter's need to return to school, out of state, by the end of the week. We are pleased with the work and appreciate the fact that the inside of the car was also detailed before pick up. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
