I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. When I first went in to get an estimate, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and had someone available to speak with me within just a few minutes. After showing them the damages to my vehicle, I received an estimate within 20 minutes, which was impressively quick. Out of the three estimates I received, I decided to go with Gerber. When I brought my car in for repair, they arranged for my rental car company to pick me up, making the entire process seamless. I was even able to leave the rental car at Gerber when I picked up my completed vehicle, they also worked directly with my insurance company which was extremely convenient. Throughout the time they had my car, I received regular updates via text, which I greatly appreciated. ... The turnaround time for the repairs was very quick, and they did a fantastic job! The folks here were wonderful: I came in with a piece of the back right panel being loose where a bolt had fallen out (surely due to having to drive frequently on S. Kipling) and they came out and immediately replaced it. Here I had spent needless worry over what to do about it and they solved it right away! Great folks.
