We've never been disappointed with Gerber. Picked up our vehicle and noticed a couple issues we weren't happy with. They were very accommodating and kept vehicle longer. It now looks very nice. We appreciate their time and care. Thanks for a job well done!

If I could give 10+ stars, I absolutely would!! I worked with Brandon R, and he was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me. He was even able to buff out the damage to my car so you can't even tell anything happened-and he did it all in maybe 10 minutes! I could not be happier with Gerber Collision & Glass, and especially with Brandon. This is the third time we've brought one of our cars here over the years, and every single time, the service and repairs have been exceptional. I truly cannot recommend this place enough! To all the employees at Gerber Collision & Glass-THANK YOU! Service like yours is hard to come by. When you're already dealing with an unhappy situation, having someone greet you with kindness, a smile, and a willingness to help makes all the difference. Brandon, ... thank you for going above and beyond and turning what could have been a frustrating experience into such a positive one! You are a wonderful example of what great customer service should look like! read more

My insurance company chose Gerber for my repairs. I am so happy they did. Service was excellent. They kept me updated along the way. They even cleaned my car. My car had not been cleared in years. I was surprised by what a great job they did. I strongly recommend them.

Always a great experience at Gerber, from the estimate through the finished product. Always quality workmanship and if something isn't right they take care of it immediately without you jumping through any hoops. I've sent a few people to them and they always have positive comments.

The team at Gerber collision was very professional and gave me updates throughout the process. I spoke to Sue the day my car was being towed to Gerber and she called me to let me know my vehicle had arrived. Thank you for the great service!

Used Gerber Collision about a year ago and was very happy with the service. Stopped in this morning for a fix on my license plate bracket, which had come off. These guys are great. Musa took my car and in less than ten minutes I was on the road. Musa was fast, efficient and friendly. Gerber still has the "wow" factor. Highly recommend this shop.

What a phenomenal experience! EVERYONE there made this such a positive experience. I came in for my appointment and greeted by incredibly kind friendly staff. They were so patient with me and took such good care of me. Treated me like family. I loved knowing when I would get an update about my car. The text messaging system made it so much easier for me to get the information and continue to go about my day. I had personally worked with Kelsey who ensured that I was happy and cared for from start to finish. The front office manager (I didn't catch her name) thoroughly went over everything with me and was so personable. My car was completed very quickly and made it look like a car accident never happened. I was happily surprised when I got in my vehicle that it had been cleaned. As a mom of a toddler having your van wiped down and vacuumed ... is better than gold! It absolutely made me smile and brightened my day. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for any collision or glass work repair! VERY positive experience!!! read more

The repairs looked great. This is not the first time we have had the pleasure of working with Lane. He has taken care of our family's vehicles in the past and has always been extremely courteous and professional.
