The minute I walked in I could tell this place was one I would want to do business with. Very friendly & helpful. I had a dent in my rear passenger door they looked at it & was able to take it out on the spot...leaving just a small dent that I could live with since the car is ten years old. Very nice young man & honest I would sent friends & family to this location.

Matt H. and his facility were truly fantastic. I had stopped in there on a Sat a few weeks before to show some damage to my brand new vehicle. He quoted me and I asked if he could get it done within 1 week, but never scheduled apptmt then. I called him on a Monday a few weeks later, he fit me in that Tuesday, guaranteed it would be done by Saturday and it would look great. Not only was the work superb, but he got it done a day ahead of time! The office kept me in the loop with emails/text messages. I was referred to this shop by someone at my office because of their work and I would highly recommend it to someone else in the future! Unfortunately, accidents stink, especially when they are your fault and your $ out of the pocket; Matt made the experience less "painful" and pleasurable! Thanks so much Matt and Gerber of ... Just a brief note to let you know the outstanding service I received from your Valrico location over the past few weeks. I had the car brought to Valrice because of the proximity to my home. After getting a rental at the same location, they took the time to go over the damage that could be seen, advised me of the possibility of unseen damage, and assured me that they would stay in touch with me on a regular basis during the repair. Not only did they do as they had promised, but my car was completed earlier than expected and looks great. A big thank you to Fred, Tim, Jonathon and the rest of the team for a job well done !

I have had not one but two excellent experiences with GC on Ice Drive in Raleigh: one last qQDecember when someone slammed into my brand new Subaru (no one could possibly find where the damage was now), and one last week when I stopped in for an estimate on my latest scrape. Instead of an estimate, I got manager Brian Benish, who said, "Let me take a look at it." He did just that, then scooted it into the shop where they polished the nasty scratch out in what was surely record time. At no charge yet! I was in and out of there in fifteen minutes, but not before assuring Brian that I will love him forever??. Too bad he's too old for me.

The process from the insurance company (AAA) to the time I dropped my car off was 2 hours. The entire experience was excellent and so easy. Even when interacting with different people at Gerber throughout the process, the customer service level was the same, excellent. Had a hit and run when my car was parked and my driver's rear end bumper was damaged. Gerber Collision & Glass called me the next day after my claim was processed by my insurance company to schedule an estimate appointment (that took about 10-15 min). They worked with my schedule and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! They had my car all fixed and ready (and they cleaned it too!) within a couple hours after I dropped it off. The receptionist Jennifer answered all my questions and was an absolutely lovely woman. Ryan F. was professional, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. It's refreshing to know there are still nice people out there. Thanks so much Gerber Collision & Glass for all your help getting my car back to tip top shape :)
