She was very pleasant and told me my car would be in good hands. During my family vacation I was notified everyday about the status of my car. I really couldn't believe how informative they were. My car was done a day in advance. I was really happy with the outcome. No hassle, good workmanship, and most of all great customer service and communication from Tawnya. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Denise is very knowledgeable of the company and a pleasure to deal with. Darrell worked on my car and was very patient and thorough. I absolutely loved the text messages about the status of my car. Especially the one that came in that said something along the lines of "Jaylon your car is happy. Why cause its here." I thought that was hysterical. Very nice touch.
