Ashley did a wonderful of keeping me informed about the amount of damage, how it would be repaired, and the amount of time needed. I had not talked to her the morning that I went to my dentist, who is located near the Douglasville location. So, I just drove up there after my appointment. When I opened the door, she greeted me with the news that it was finished. I thought that was good timing. The work is beautiful. It looks better than it did BEFORE the accident. Tonight, at our church business meeting I heard about the work your facility did on our church's van. Encompass does recommend your company; now I know why.
