While it was like you was dealing with your own family members. It's great that your staff is so loving and caring toward the customers. The estimator (Ken C.) did an awesome job with explaining the damages on my car and how your technician from your company would fix the damages and when the car would be finish. The staff did such an awesome job they was finish before the giving deadline you have to love this company for all the hard work and for caring so much and doing a great job. The estimator Ken. Found out the hard way when the city doesn't put cones down after painting the yellow lines, Of course they said the did, Of course you can't fight city hall. Once again the crew at the merrillville store came through and took off the yellow paint along the left side on bottom, the rocker panel, had to replace the wheel wells cause on Pruis 5 it has carpeting. My wife and I could not see anything wrong with the excellent job they did! good job gang!

I was very satisfied with the service and all of the people that I had to deal with. Car was finished in a reasonable time and I was very satisfied with the results. I also had a issue with a previous issue with the painting of my rear bumper, I spoke with the manager and he agreed to repaint the bumper. I would recommend people to use your for and auto repair

The customer service was awesome. Jody at the front desk was very pleasant and understands the importance of customer service. I witnessed first hand how she was able to answer the telephones in a calm demeanor all the while keeping the customers in the waiting area attended to. The technicians were also thorough and I didn't feel as though they were taking advantage of me as a customer. Will definitely utilize Gerber in the future, if the need arises. Keep up the good work.
