I cannot express how satisfied I am with EVERYTHING about Gerber Collision. I called them on Monday right after the incident, I took my car and left it there on Tue and Samantha told me it would be probably Friday. I agreed to it and Wed morning she called and said that it was done. DONE!!! The only thing it needed was to be washed. I picked it up Thur morning and it looks beautiful. Like brand new. Everything about Gerber was top notch. Samantha could not have been a greater estimator. She has a great personality but honestly she what a great employee. When I walked in to the shop with her never meeting me, she knew my name first and last. She was fast, efficient and accurate. I would love to have an employee like her. All the girls there were awesome. Very polite and professional. I went into your restroom and had to go through a ... conference room and everything was spotless. The restroom was very clean. They also went above and beyond the call of duty and cleaned my car inside and out, which I appreciated very much. John also helped me figure out what a symbol on my dashboard was before I left. Amazing staff and team who is a well oiled machine! From Rick who gave me updates every few days, to Anthony's friendliness on the phones, to Don doing a final check but never just sitting behind a desk, to Mindy who pulls the whole place together. It was dealing with people I've know for years , and this store should be model for all others. It's nice to see such a large company go "old school", and teat a customer like more than a number just awaiting a check in hand. I've used and recommended a local company for windows for years but now you will be the first on my list. Not only was my car looking as good as new but was detailed inside and out( nice touch). How many companies now a days would not only offer a ride home, but coffee out of their own supply when they ran short that day. Working as a manager of customer service, ... this is what I strive for in my people, and just made me a customer for life.
