I wish I could give this shop more than 5 stars. To say my experience with them was exceptional is an understatement! Tony is awesome and goes above and beyond and then some for his customers, and Ruth is so welcoming and friendly! The text update service is so great because it helps put the car owner at ease knowing what stage of the process the work is at. Getting calls from Ruth about updates is awesome as well because it shows how much they truly value their customers and making sure they're in the loop. I was devastated when my car was hit in an accident, but after Tony and his crew were done with it, it looks better than the day I got it!! I could not be happier!

I went to Gerber through a referral from my insurance. I got the front bumper of my car repainted. Caitlin is really very accommodating and she got everything done really quick with regards to questions on my insurance. Chris also got the estimate done as quickly as he could. They updated me with regards to the status of the painting job. I am satisfied with the service and the painting job they did to my car. I recommend Gerber Collision to those who needs repairs and services to their car.

Special Thanks to John of Gerber in LaGrange. He solved the problem of getting me to my 1950's High School Reunion after a questionable start. He went so far as to exchange a better fit of rental car to guarantee my safety when traveling. I was and am most appreciative.
