I was very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail and resourcefulness demonstrated by the Gerber LaGrange team. They repaired and refinished the rear trunk lid on my classic dark blue Oldsmobile Cutlass. It looks beautiful! They worked closely with their paint supplier to match the original factory color, using the latest "paint technology". Ongoing communication throughout this job was great and I was kept informed of all progress. I noticed a number of other craftsmen in this shop carefully restoring other cars to "like new" condition, with the same attention to detail. I would definitely bring my car back to this facility. John T., the General Manager, runs a friendly and efficient office. The whole experience is seamless, with all details being taken care of. Linda, the receptionist, was knowledgeable, and took care of my questions, all of the paperwork, dealing with the rental car firm, and leaving me voice mails updating the status of my car. She sets the standard for customer service. Repairing my vehicle was a pleasant experience.
