Amy, at the front desk, was equally kind and helpful. She set up my rent car, made arrangements for me to be picked up as well as the return after completion. Gerber repaired my vehicle in Orlando and drove it back to me in Leesburg. After a few weeks the vehicle began to have what everyone thought was electrical issues. I took it the Leesburg location to have them look at it. They were so wonderful, friendly, kind, honest and helpful. Especially Tiffany but also the mechanics and support staff. I highly recommend them and thank them for quickly determining that the battery cable was loose. Problem solved in ten minutes. Thank you!!!!!
