I have had a terrible experience trying to work with my insurance provider (for which you are a DRP) which has, unfortunately necessitated tight scrutiny of the entire process. In addition to the apologies I made to them directly today, I feel that their exemplary response to a frustrating situation should be recognized.

The Gerber team at Port Richie did an excellent job of repairing the driver side of my Subaru Ascent due to an animal collision. They worked with both my insurance company and a local car rental company to make the down to for my vehicle almost transparent. Along with the repairs and paint matching which looks great, the coordination and communication with me was fantastic.

Gerber took care of every detail, from the body repair, to cleaning the interior and exterior of my car.
