I experienced excellent service from the front desk staff Amber and the estimator Aaron. The service received was beyond exceptional versus people verbalizing care for their customers, all of the staff displayed care and concern with their actions. After having a terrible accident I was called by the Gerber Collision Center who informed me my vehicle is safe and secure. Later while at the hospital for assessment, I remembered I left my house keys in my vehicle and the office was closing in fifteen minutes I called and explained the issue. A gentleman by the name of Aaron stated he will bring my house keys to me.He arrived and patiently waited outside for a long period of time. He gave me my key and I expressed to him the rental company was suppose to bring me a vehicle and at the last minute they called and stated they have no cars hence ... the flood. Without hesistation Aaron o f Gerber took his personal vehicle and took both my self and my SIX YEAR OLD daughter home and assured we both made it into our house safe. WOOOOWWWWWWW. Amber and Aaron both remained in contact with me throughout the process. Also I want to mention Aaron consulted with his manager the need to solidify me a rental car to transport both my six year old daughter and one year old daughter. By that evening Brent Gen. Mgr. called numerous rental companies and received a run around so he spoke to Lafayette Ford about my circumstance and by the end of that day Tess and Julie of Lafayette Ford handed me the keys to a 2015 fully loaded rental car. THANK YOU. None of these people had to go above and beyond as they did especially going out their scope but in this case they all cared about my family and my needs and that's customer service thanking about the customer instead of self. Went in to get a quote for a scratch on my hood, I thought was down to the metal. Jay Steinebach was looking at it and said it was not that deep and could be most likely be easily buffed out. He took my car back for about 5 minutes and the scratch was completely gone!! He was extremely friendly and didn't charge me anything to buff it out. This is an honest shop and I will certainly go back when I need work done on my vehicles. Thanks!!
