Mallory was a great help throughout the repair process. She set up all the rental stuff and also communicated with the insurance company for me. She also checked in with me to let me know about the process and how things were going, she was always in touch and quick to answer any questions that I had. The process was so much easier than I would have thought, all I had to do was drop the car off and pick up when it was done. My car was done earlier than the estimated time they originally gave me, that's even after they got into the repairs and found extra damage and had to order more parts! Not only was Gerber easy to work with but they are friendly and cleaned my car inside and out! My car was spotless on the outside and to my surprise cleaned out inside as well! I recommend Gerber to anyone who needs auto body work, I know they will be ... my choice for now on anytime I need repairs completed!
