I would recommend this Gerber Collision location to anyone that expects detailed oriented collision repair. The customer service is impeccable along with their timely communication regarding my vehicle status. You couldn't find a more knowledgeable collision repair service then this location. The employees and repair persons are very polite and respectful of your feelings. Due to my motor vehicle accident, I was very irritate about the damage regarding your vehicle. They made me feel comfortable about their ability to repair my Toyota Sequoia. GREAT JOB!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!

I had a really great experience working with Kelsey and Ryan and am blown away at how great my car looks after a semi decided to take out my bumper, fender, and mirror. My car looks brand new and you guys even detailed the inside!...which was no easy task I'm sure because I have two dogs and haven't cleaned it since last hunting season, so I know that took some time. The team is definitely good at what they do and even my fiancé (who was a mechanic for years and is a huge critic of every shop he goes to) said he'll be going to you the next time he needs work done. I will definitely be spreading the word.

I received constant updates keeping me reassured with the service my car was getting, I had friendly customer service and anything that I needed or had questions about. The service was reliable when it came to how long it would take to finish the job, the quality of the finished product was INCREDIBLE. Counter personnel most cordial, welcoming and thorough. Estimate was timely with further timeliness of contacting me re: additionally discovered work needed. Thorough review of work done, conducted at the vehicle by facility manager, who was most professional, yet made me feel that I was a priority, to include explanation of why certain tasks were performed and that quality replacement parts were used. Vehicle detailed in excellent condition. Payment and exit supervised by manager and counter personnel very efficient. Can I say any more? I'm a fan!!!
