Cassie and Jeff were amazing. Cassie is so great with people,i felt very welcome and taken care of. Jeff went the extra mile,i was so upset over the accident and Jeff and cassie both went the extra mile with service and care. At time of drop off,i was a frazzled mess. Cassie assured me everything was going to be ok now. Constant communication from the staff was the best until i was called by Jeff who told me my car was done, ahead of schedule!!! Pick up was awesome. Jeff went over my car with a fine tooth comb, every detail. All i could say was wow.... i will continue to come to this shop not only for body will but for glass as well. I will continue recommending them to everyone i know!

Haven't had a chance to see our new bumper in the daylight yet, but the customer service was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to please us. They were professional and courteous. We would use Gerber again without any hesitation.

My car was picked up yesterday & it is absolutely beautiful! Nice Job! Couple years ago the vehicle had a comprehensive loss, repaired by Caliber Collision, and they did an awful job! Thank you for being so professional, accurate, polite and doing an excellent job!
