Her professionalism and her knowledge in her craft was very evident in the way she spoke and how she interacted with me. I felt seen and most importantly heard and that goes a long way! If I should decide to have my car repaired I know for sure Gerber Collision has my business simply because of this one conversation that eased all of my concerns.

Your location lookup is very confusing it doesn't show the city so the location indicitation is wrong and i I took my Honda CRV to location Park st Madison Wisconsin and they shipped it to Oshkosh Wisconsin. When I got it back when it rained the roof was leaking and the sun roof would not open up. I took it to location Commercial Av Madison Wi. It is still there and hopefully it will get fixed properly. It was almost the end of his shift, yet he took my vehicle to the garage and fixed the problem for me and send me on my merry way without charging me! One satisfied customer! Thank you Javier!!!!
