While visiting the Barefoot Bay, FL area our front driver's side windows broke...in the down position. Gerber was able to fix the window the next day for a fair price. As we approached our vehicle, we noticed it had been thoroughly washed! We were even more pleasantly surprised to find the inside had also been vacuumed and wiped clean! We received top-notch service and quality work from Johnny and his crew at Gerber Collision. The local center took care of the insurance paperwork involving a dent in our car and kept us informed re: the progress of the repair. Johnny & Co. returned the car as good as new and even fixed a burned-out taillight. This is the second time Gerber has handled a dent repair for us. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service! Wow! A front desk person (Jennifer) who actually answers a phone, pleasant and helpful. Wow! A manager (Scott) who comes out and assesses the damage and takes his time in explaining the process. While no promises were made with the estimated time of completion, they worked hard to have the car ready when needed. Besides the clean exterior, they took time to clean the inside of the car. A+++ work all around! Thanks Gerber!
