My car is an older model and Jeff made every effort to get the replacement pieces I needed as quickly as possible and for the best price, which I know was no easy feat! He worked closely with the third-party paying for the damage done to my vehicle, he kept me up-to-date with his team's progress, and he delivered a car that was shinier (inside and out) than it was the day I purchased it.
