Keith gave me a fair estimate to replace both side mirrors on my wife's Sonata. It didn't take very long for the work to be done. My wife was happy to get the car back looking brand new. I am happy also and will use Gerber again if the need arises.

Gerber did a great job. Tom S. could see that the repair only required repair of the existing fender. Another auto shop wanted to replace the fender. Even with using a used fender, the other auto shop's estimate was twice that of Gerber's estimate. Gerber kept me informed of the car's progress and finished the job when they had predicted. Gerber even cleaned the car. I'm very satisfied with the work of Tom and Gerber. I would highly recommend Gerber!

Having my vehicle side swiped on a Friday night isn't exactly how I planned my weekend to start and dealing with the different insurance companies turned out to be an even bigger pain. However, the silver lining to everything was simply taking my vehicle to Gerber. Harry was very pleasant and informative in regards to my repairs and Courtney would call constantly to keep me informed and I also got daily picture of my vehicle while it was in the shop. However, all good things must come to an end and this time it was earlier than I was informed (which is great) I got my vehicle right in time for the weekend and looking better than before my accident! They even buffed out a few other scratches that weren't even related to the accident. Due to circumstances out of their control, it did take almost four weeks for my car to be fixed. BUT, I could have not asked for better customer service. Michael kept me informed and was always honest, never did he give me the "run around" like a lot places will do when things don't go as planned. In addition to that, he went above and beyond by helping with the rental car payment. And after four weeks of driving a rental car the bill was pretty steep. I've never had an auto body shop do that, ever! I really hope to never see you guys again but knowing my luck I'm sure I will. Because there's no other place I'd even think of going to that takes such great care of my car AND me. Thank you for reminding me that FANTASIC customer service does still exist.
