They organized everything for my rental car and had my car finished and cleaned in just a day and a half! Nobody wants to need collision services, but it was great to be greeted by Brian friendly face and efficient professionalism.

Gerber was great. Explain the whole process of my car getting fixed step-by-step with great detail. They kept me In the loop day by day with their text messages which was great I love the fact that they could mean a loop through the whole process of my car being repaired. I was so pleased with the work that was done on my bumper. The color of the bumper matched perfectly with the rest of my car! Also, the work was completed extremely fast, in two days. The staff at the front desk were always so personable and polite. They also drove my car to my apartment when I didn't have a car to drive out to retrieve my car when the work was completed.
