Frankie and his team really went above and beyond. In this day and age it's great to have someone who cares and makes it right. Very happy!

This is my 2nd visit to this location, and the body work done on my car is fantastic. The attention to detail and level of communication by this very friendly staff is exceptional, and continually exceeds my expectation. The Geico Rep was awesome and very friendly/informative as well. When I dropped off they also noticed my battery was sluggish, and warned me of the problem. I went and purchased a battery, and one of the technicians (Charlie) actually installed it for me while the car was there. Amazing service!!!! I can't thank this individual and team for going out of their way to make sure my car was in the best shape it could be, and how they offered to lend this additional hand to me. That truly makes you think of the 'friendly neighborhood station' that works to build trust, strong community relations, and a defined level of service ... and excellence. I appreciated this level of help and service greatly, wanted to recognize Charlie for his above and beyond action, and thank this team. read more

Overall, a very good experience. The work was completed earlier than expected and was kept well informed with the progress. I had to bring back for a followup problem but it was corrected in 1 day. Very friendly staff as well. Thanks for all your work!

Great job on repairing the bumper. The customer service was clear, the initial estimate date was quick, the time to fix was quick, and parts and labor was cost efficient. I will Gerber for any future repairs and will recommend for auto body repairs.

Rick has a very friendly staff at this location. He himself is a very people person. Will give you right advice and the work is also top quality. I took my Mercedes to get some body work done and the price was very reasonable and I got my car back day before it was promised. Special shout out to Danielle at the front desk for her great customer service skills. Great job Gerber team. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend this shop to everybody who is in need of body or glass work done.
