2 days ago, I gave a negative review. After that, the manager, Nybia M., was very helpful and I am satisfied. 10/10 would recommend

Ryan as well as all the staff that I either spoke to on the phone and on person was very professional, friendly and very caring. They took the time to hear all my needs for my vehicle and handled all the issues right away. I had a great experience with all the employees and will highly recommend Gerber collision to others!

Great service--great work on the car. My wife had just had surgery and could not drive so Jeff helped me get the car to our house.

We were vacationing in florida from illinois. hado a run in with a post. these wonderful people got us in for an estimate, and was able to fix our car for us. they, Marty and Sonia were great, along with the rest of the staff. thx u all for making what could have been a big time consuming detour, into a tiny bump in the road.

Took care of everything quickly and professionally. The claim was through another insurance company and they assisted me with the process with the insurance company payment. The car looked fantastic when I got it back.

I am very pleased with the repair of my car, the professionalism of the Gerber staff, and the extremely prompt service. I hope I do not need repair service again, but for sure I would go back to this Gerber location. I would not hesitate to refer others to Gerber as well. Thanks for this opportunity to give you feedback.

The service was amazing. They kept us updated on every step of the process and called several times to provide updates. I would refer your company to anyone in need of any of your companies services. Allan was great to work with and again kept us informed of every step and process. Great job and if we ever have a need for your services, hope not no offense, we will definitely come back to your location in Orlando.
