They did an awesome job. My vehicle was ready two days earlier than they originally thought it would be. Christina kept me updated as to what they found and when the vehicle would be ready.

I'm so glad that I had Gerber Collision of Allendale do the work on my GMC Yukon. From the moment I brought my damaged vehicle into the shop I was impressed with their professionalism. They completely fixed everything as promised and even washed my SUV for the ride home. I will definitely return to them if the need arises. I would give them 10 stars if it was available! Thank you Gerber collision!!!

George B. handled this collision/repair from the begging to the end with polite, professionalism. He answered all questions, and even suggested contacting our insurance company about windshield replacement. We were totally satisfied with George and all the employees we encountered, and would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass without reservation.

So much I can say about this location. Everyone was very friendly & concerned about my vehicle as if it was their car. Over eight days, I received email updates & phone calls from the reps at this location. You all put customer service back in the word customer service. I do not know the last time I received such an awesome experience without being so agitated when I finished. Please give my thanks, once again to this location for going over beyond with my Audi A4. Over satisfied customer. :)

Bill and Brandon were outstanding. Not only is my car looking amazing but the service was phenomenal. I was stressed and concerned but they eased all my concerns and made a stressful situation turn into a joyful one. I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone that needs repairs on their vehicles and wants to make sure the service is done right!
