Estimator Jeffrey K. was extremely professional, clean, and efficient. My vehicle came out looking like new! Jeffrey warned me that my vehicle was going to possibly be ready until after the weekend. However, he worked diligently to get my car ready by Friday.

Everyone was sooo friendly!!! From the front desk to a gentleman assisting the front desk. Multiple calls with updates, great! Gentleman who I think was from the back of the shop, happened to come to the front desk and saw me waiting and assisted me promptly!!! Amazing! So friendly!!! Oh, and they washed and vacuumed my car, which was a pleasant surprise!!! My car is brand new!

5 stars is all you got? I would give Tony & his team and office staff a 10. This was the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. I was treated professionally with special care and special attention was given to my vehicle! I've already referred several friends to the Normal shop! Thank you Tony!

My car looks just as great as it did before the small bump up. The process of having it repaired was smooth and the customer service I received from Rashey with an update was awesome. I'd definitely recommend Gerber Collision to anyone.
