Karen was a 10 out of 10. She was so helpful, went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. I had initial trouble with Allstate and getting everything arranged was patient while I was on the phone with them, and was still working to get my questions answered while I was on the phone. I was in a hurry in between my two jobs while picking up my car and she met me outside, helped me move everything back into my car and made sure it was an easy process. Karen was a wonderful help!!

This was the third time in less than a year I have had my car at Gerber. They are consistently awesome!! They are kind and friendly. They keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle and they always have my car ready on or before the promised date. I will continue to use the Gerber Cary NC location for any and all my collision needs. Hopefully no time soon.

This is my second repair with Gerber. I have found the staff to be friendly and the results of their craftsmanship excellent. They are attentive to details and in both cases returned my car to a condition that was BETTER than what I expected. The people at Gerbers are very professional and fun! They keep you informed about the progress on your car and will answer any question you may have for them! My car is a 2004 and I had a door replaced and another side panel repaired. The paint job was unbelievable! You can't even tell the difference in the colours! They matched perfectly! If you need to trust repairs to your car with anyone, pick Gerbers! A real team of experts from the time you walk in the door till the time you pick up your car!
