Hello Gerber: I want to give a big "Thanks" to Paul P. for the terrific service. I had to pay for the rear bumper repair on my 2007 Toyota Highlander. I told Paul I had to get a competitive bid because it was my own $ not insurance. He said Gerber will be competitive with other body repairs shops in the suburbs and the Gerber quality will be excellent! I thought about it for a few days then agreed to select Gerber for my repair. I like your new Elmhurst facility.

After someone ran into the back of my car on August 8, 2016, Gerber Collision & Glass was assigned the company to do all of the repairs. The other person had Allstate Insurance. I could not have been more pleased if I had picked them out myself. After it was assigned to them on Monday, August 15, 2016 I had an immediate call from Danielle concerning picked up the car. They sent a wreck that afternoon. I went over and a very nice young man named Jason went over the car marking X's and showing us what they would do to get my car back like it was. Since parts had to be ordered it took a while to get my car back but that was not any fault of Gerber's. Then Molly and Danielle called during the entire process of repairing. The two young ladies at the front desk are super. Gerber is very fortunate to have them as employees. They are very ... personable and nice. Then there is Robert C., Repair Process Manager that contacted me about what would be done on my car. He then called and e-mailed with updates all the time. Gerber is also very fortunate to have an employee like Robert to help with their repairs. I was very impressed with the entire staff. They all made me feel like that really cared for me and my car. This repair was better, faster, and less complicated than any other I have ever had! From the moment I walked in asking for an estimate I was treated kindly and professionally. They called and let me know more was needed than originally thought, and kept to the time line the gave me even though that meant running and getting more parts the same day.
