The repairs were completed in a timely manner. The front desk kept us informed on a regular basis as to the progress of the repairs. A follow-up phone call was part of the service.

I have had to bring my car to Gerber Collision a couple of times (unfortunately!) and I cannot compliment the people who work there enough. They are all terrific!

Front office Lady - very friendly and she was spot on with my appointment(sorry forgot the name). Estimators(Mark and Dimitry) - 10 out 10. -- very friendly -- very professional -- very fast to identity the problem overall it was a very pleasant experience meeting these 2 estimators. They made my day. thanks much. I was at this center 4 years back and i had good experience. I refer every one to Gerber Collision & Glass for the Auto body and glass needs.

Outstanding service from the moment we delivered our damaged Chrysler mini-van. The receptionist was oh so efficient and our damage consultant, Brittany E., was amazing-so professional in every which way. Kept me informed as to how the repairs were going and on top of all that, our van was ready 2.5 days quicker than promised. Amazing! Will recommend you. Please thank the ladies again..............
